Hi. My name is Tony Ruprecht -

permit me to introduce a basic outline of our RADIANT HEALTH AND LIFE EXTENTION Seminar.

I want to congratulate you on your interest in this fascinating subject on how to slow down the aging process. You are taking a significant step toward your well-being. What you are about to hear will literally affect every cell in your body.

Human beings are bio-psycho-social organisms. Our needs are not only physical, biochemical and nutritional, but also social and spiritual. If we neglect our social, spiritual and psychological needs we harm the physical organism. By changing how and what we think, through talking therapy, we can bring about demonstrable changes in the biochemistry of our bodies.

SEMINAR #1:

You are what you eat, drink and think

You are what you eat

Food not only provides us with essential nutrients for our bodies to function, but what we eat greatly affects how we look and feel. For instance, let's take a look at the largest organ of our body - the skin. Most chronic skin conditions, from acne to psoriasis, and even the development of fine lines and wrinkles, are rooted in inflammation and oxidative stress. This combination can compromise blood flow to the skin, damage collagen structures, upset the critical balance of hydration and, depending on genetic susceptibilities, initiate and fuel the processes of skin disease.

Significant improvements even in acne can result after consuming a diet rich in fibre and antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids, whole grains and nuts and seeds. In addition, diets consistently high in fruits and vegetables, olive oil, legumes, and seafood protect against fine lines, wrinkles, and other visible signs of aging.

My recommendation is to follow the Canada Food Guide with special emphasis on fruits and vegetables.

You are what you drink

Certain antioxidant-rich drinks will certainly have added value for the whole body, but also for the skin. Carrot juice, for example, and juicing in general, has been shown in recent studies to improve blood flow for more glowing skin, to improve hydration, and decrease roughness and scaling of the skin in otherwise healthy middle-aged adults.

Green tea has also been associated with improved skin barrier function and protection against UV damage. More evidence that promotion of healthy skin works from the inside out, comes from studies with supplements.

Look for vitamin-C drinks and other antioxidant-rich fluids which improve the skin's moisture, firmness, and overall complexion. Also, avoid suggary drinks since they have no nutritional value and need to be avoided.

You are what you think

A lie-detector test is the quickest way to show that every cell in your body is affected by your thinking. For most people who are hooked up on a monitoring device (screen), even a simple lie will be clearly visible. Why? An uncomfortable question will lead to sweating, increased heart rate, variable breathing rates, and other irregularities. We are able to conclude, without hesitation, that every emotive thought leaves a trace in your body. Depressive and heavy negative thoughts even begin to shut down the immune system. An embarrassing thought makes you hot and red (blushing).

But the effects of thoughts on the body can be positive. With things like meditation, friendship, guided imagery, prayer, biofeedback, and laughter you can literally send healing messages to your brain, reducing stress and boosting your immune system. Many hospitals have now integrated there new healing methods in their patient care for more efficient and lasting recovery.

For great health, examine periodically what you think, and encourage thoughts of love, forgiveness and selflessness. These thoughts will not only change the expression on your face, but will result in opening your cells and therefore add significant health benefits.
